Grills

I just love it when black (African American) people have grills. It just brightens my day every time I see a black guy and he smiles and I can see that shiny metal. I have this one black friend that I see occasionally on campus that has a grill. We are silent friends because one time I saw him at a basketball game and I started laughing because I saw he had a grill and then he saw me laughing and he started laughing. So now whenever we see each other we start laughing. I need to get myself a grizzll.

Yes, I am short

I have never felt as short as I do now. I hardly ever feel short when I am living at home or when I'm at church. I just feel normal. But when I was walking on campus for the first time this semester, I felt shorter than ever. I didn't even really feel short last semester. For some reason, something has changed. I feel so tiny walking around campus now. I talk to people when I'm sitting down in class, and then when class is over and everyone stands up, I think, "Oh no, I hope they don't notice how short I am." Whatev.

A New Realization

Today when I was in my dorm room unpacking, I came to the sudden and startling realization that I have way too many clothes. I have always known and been told by many people that I have a lot of clothes, but as I was staring down at the seven neatly sorted monstrous piles of clothes laying on my floor waiting to be crammed in my closet, I decided that it was more true than ever. It's not like any of my clothes are expensive or anything. In fact, most of my clothes have been bought for under $10. I just buy some stuff and add it to my wardrobe over the years, and then all of a sudden it just becomes a lot. I guess I should get rid of some or something.

Blog Schmog

I decided that I don't really like blogs because I have nothing to write about. That's all.
